সাবেক প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার প্রতি গভীর শ্রদ্ধা ও আবেগ প্রকাশ করে একটি পোস্ট ভাইরাল হয়েছে ফেসবুকে। ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থী ফাহমিদা আলমের এই পোস্টে তিনি শেখ হাসিনাকে একজন অসাধারণ নেত্রী হিসেবে বর্ণনা করেছেন, যিনি দেশের মর্যাদা রক্ষা করেছেন এবং নৈতিকতার পথে অটল ছিলেন।
পোস্টে ফাহমিদা লিখেছেন: “If the 5th of August hadn’t occurred, we would never have understood what she truly was, the kind of leader who didn’t sell her soul to the devil. She is greater than the idea of greatness we are capable to hold. With one hand, she kept our country’s dignity safe carefully, and with the other, she played with fire. She lost each and every member of her family in a single night, something that happened only because of liberating our country.”
তিনি আরও উল্লেখ করেছেন শেখ হাসিনার প্যালেস্টাইন গণহত্যার বিরুদ্ধে পশ্চিমা বিশ্বের সামনে অটল কণ্ঠে প্রতিবাদের কথা। “She spoke against the genocide in Palestine with an unshaken voice in front of the Western world. She stood on fearless and uncompromising moral ground and showed the world that morality is still possible in global politics.”
